Pili's Fitness is hiring!!

Hello!! As you may know, Pili started her online fitness business in March 2019. It's been growing at a very rapid pace which now means she needs help!

Pili is currently coaching over 100 people virtually on a daily basis and wants to provide and help as many people as she possibly can. With that being said, we are officially hiring ONE trainer to add a class to the schedule. (4x week)

Please note, this is a part time group fitness job, and the hired trainer will be paid an hourly rate.


  • Group fitness instructor certification. (the more certifications in the fitness industry the better)

  • Have your own Zoom premium account, and good internet connection to run the classes (if you have a mic, that's a plus)

  • Have appropriate space at home to run a class comfortably, or a studio.

  • Know and understand technology

  • Be willing to learn and grow with Pili!

  • Super outgoing and friendly personality

  • Quick learner

  • Advanced fitness level (example: you must be able to fully talk while doing burpees)

  • Constantly encourage people throughout the class

  • Have good work ethic

  • Love helping people

  • Excellent communication

  • Be super comfortable talking to strangers and correcting form

  • Be available to run 30 minute classes with warm up and cool down 4x week!

Pili LOVES and values her community, she knows everyone and their stories, she wants to find someone with that same connection, passion and love for fitness, helping and connecting with her community!

There will be a few steps for this process including 2 auditioning classes. If chosen, the new instructor / coach will start in September. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. (We might add more) These classes are all virtual.


  • Work VERY closely with Pili

  • Workouts and programs will be designed by Pili (unless its a choreographed type of class)
