HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

YES, I coach my clients with macro counting through my 1st Phorm app. I keep you accountable and I meet 1:1 with you through zoom to check in. Go to my One on One program to sign up for this! 

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Weights and resistance bands.

For beginners- Anywhere from 1lbs to 10 lbs.

For advanced- Anywhere from 10 all the way to 30lbs.
