DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Yes, that's exclusively for my 1 on 1 clients. :)

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Weights and resistance bands.

For beginners- Anywhere from 1lbs to 10 lbs.

For advanced- Anywhere from 10 all the way to 30lbs.

DO YOU OFFER PROGRAMS FOR BOTH BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED?
