HI, I'M PILI!
Welcome to Pili's Fitness here is a bit about myself:
I have a degree on Fitness Management by Holland College and work as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I believe that everything you want in life is on the other side of hard work and dedication. I was born in Mexico and when I moved to Canada, I didn’t know a lick of English. What I did know was: if I could stay physically strong, my mental state would follow.
Seeing people shift their mindset about fitness and watching them learn to enjoy daily movement lights me up, and I can’t wait to work with you!
